Met-Fab III
The MetFab III is our latest commercial solution for low slope applications. Whether it is a reroof or new construction, this product will fill your needs. This 2″ mechanically seamed panel is time tested and has a proven design.
MetFab III can be factory manufactured and shipped to the job, or site run for continuous length panels. Metal-Fab Manufacturing recommends that all end laps be eliminated by running full length panels from eave to ridge. The full length-mechanically seamed panel will ensure a weathertight installation. MetFab III is UL tested under the strict requirements of the UL 580 test and carries a UL 580 class 90 rating for open framing at 5′ spacing. This panel can be installed down to a 3/12 slope without sealant, or down to a 0.5/12 with sealant in the seam. The MetFab III will prove to be the most competitive and practical panel for metal building re-roof, and low slope applications.
