Traditional double lock standing seams. This product is based upon the time-tested standing seam panels used successfully for over 100 years.
MetFab manufactures this product in continuous lengths to achieve the ultimate in watertight panel integrity. All seams are mechanically closed on-site to ensure permanent weather-tightness. A finished seam of 1.5″ or 1″ with variable width panels will provide the flexibility desired. Like all MetFab products, the MetFab Historic Panel will feature a Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® finish, which carries a 20-year finish warranty. The MetFab Historic Panel should be installed over a solid substrate with MetFab underlayment.
Meets ASTM E 331 84 water penetration test with no evidence of uncontrolled leakage at 20 psf pressure differential.
